The removal pipe has been turned in a lathe to make sure the pipe end is perfectThis really is a top of the range EGR removal pipe.
Its easy to install, looks great and will allow you to completely remove the EGR valveand the EGR extension pipe that comes around the engine from the EGR cooler.
Constructed from stainless steel you can rest assured that it will look perfect for life.The flange is 6mm thick stainless steel so is solid.The holes in the flange are threaded so you can reuse the existing bolts.It has a brushed stainless finish and the end is beaded to hold the hose on.
Extra bolts are provided for the EGR cooler blanking plate which is 4mm mild steel.The stainless EGR extension pipe that comes from the EGR cooler around tothe front of the engine is a known weak point in the EGR systemthat can leave you with no turbo boost and in limp home mode if it splits/fails.Simply fit the 4mm thick plate to the EGR Cooler.This then allows you to completely remove the flimsy EGR extension pipebefore it splits/fatigues due to vibration.The kit comes with full instructions with photos  and can be fitted by anyonewith reasonable mechanical skills in less than an hour.
